How can I get Extra Help with my prescription drug plan costs or other Medicare costs?

You may be able to get extra help to pay for your prescription drug premiums and costs as well as get help with other Medicare costs. To see if you qualify for getting extra help, call:

What are my options for paying my premiums automatically?
In addition to having your plan premiums deducted from your Social Security payments, you can have your premium auto-deducted each month from a banking account or charged to a credit card.  Just complete the Recurring Premium Payment Authorization Form Adobe PDF and follow the directions on the form for returning it to us.
